Today is 2-18-2009

I am pleased to announce that I have been re-enstated with Obesity Help in their support group leader program. This really excites me . OH reaches out to so many . I look at this as a way for me to continue to give back .

Today I am trying to help Alan get packed for our Move back down to Richmond . Wish me luck !
